• Jewellery Returns: Returns are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered, reported within 72 hours of delivery, with proof (unboxing video/photos). • Customised Orders: Customised or made-to-order jewellery cannot be returned but may be exchanged if covered under defects policy. • Refund Method: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
